A beautiful 90s home update.
February might have begun with some gray days and drizzle, but gray is beautiful!
I enjoy gray days every now and then, but I'm referring to using beautiful shades in home remodeling. Gray and Greige (yes, that's a real color name) are so prevalent in remodeling that Huntwood Cabinets keeps Arctic Gray cabinets in stock at their Spokane location.
The homeowners whose home I'm featuring today LOVED gray and wanted to use multiple shades throughout their 3,000-square-foot home. So, balance was key if warmth was to remain, and I think they achieved that, especially with their choice of warm lighting.
Without further ado, here's a Modern Gray Home Remodel …

Project Breakdown
The homeowners wanted:
A redesigned kitchen area featuring Huntwood cabinetry and quartz countertops
Luxury Plank flooring laid throughout the home
The doorway widened between the kitchen and living room
An alder beam built in the living room
A coffee bar built in the living room
The first-floor bath to be updated
The home's trim to be painted and reinstalled
The walls to be given a fresh coat of paint
The master ensuite remodeled
To change the master closet into a laundry space
To change the master sitting space into a walk-in closet
The two other bathrooms to be remodeled
All of the items on their list were completed, with the addition of some porch pillar work.
Their renovation accomplished a nice flow and beautiful continuity throughout their 3,000 square feet and took eight weeks to complete.
These homeowners were already remodeling novices and were very specific about their wants. From their flooring choice to the specific island design, this home was customized through communication and diligent work to complete their vision.
We enjoy what we do, but even more when working with hospitable clients like the Modern Gray homeowners.
