Spokane Laundry & Bath Remodel

This bathroom was a lower-level laundry room and half bath that the homeowners wanted to turn into a full bath by adding a shower/tub. So, the concrete floor was cut to add the necessary plumbing, and a new washer supply box was added to replace the old leaky valves. The concrete was then replaced, and a new corner tub with wet walls and a glass enclosure was installed. The room was painted, new flooring was installed, and the window was upgraded to a tempered window to meet code.
