Condo Restoration

This homeowner's condo had flooded and needed their home put back together. The condo had been remediated by a restoration company but had been sitting empty for a few months. All of the flooring, the kitchen, and parts of the drywall had been removed, and after further inspection, the tub surround was removed.

New Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring was laid throughout the condo, drywall was finished with an orange peel texture to match the rest of the walls, the kitchen was reinstalled (cabinetry, countertops, and appliances), the tub and surround were replaced, new baseboards were installed throughout the condo, and the walls were given a fresh coat of paint.

This project took two weeks.
