Coeur d'Alene Tub & Bathroom Restoration

This homeowner had just undergone a painful renovation experience with this bathroom and was looking to have the work redone. The previous company had created a lot of movement in the floor, the penny tile floor had not been installed correctly and was damaged in many places, and they had ruined the tub reglazing in the tiling process. So, we brought the flooring down to the subfloor and stripped the many layers of glazing off the tub down to the original porcelain. We then used an epoxy glaze to make the tub look like new. Next, we installed the concrete backer board in a combed mortar bed and set in the new penny tile flooring with a tile base surround. We painted the ceiling and walls and re-installed the toilet to finish the project.

This remediation took four days.
