Spokane Valley Basement Bathroom Addition

This bathroom was a new build in our client’s basement. They had a large multi-purpose space that they wanted to divide into a bathroom and a laundry/mechanical room.

First, some lead paint was remediated, then the concrete was cut out to trench new plumbing. Concrete was poured after the plumbing was finished, followed by framing the walls. Next, the electrical and lighting was completed, followed by upgrading and adding new plumbing. The walls were insulated, and HVAC work was completed before the drywall was finished to a level-five smoothness and painted. Next, the LVP flooring was installed, followed by the furniture-styled vanity with countertop and sink, the faucet, toilet, freestanding tub, matte black fixtures, shower hoop, linen closet shelving, doors, and trim work. Lastly, the finishing touches of hanging the mirrors and towel bars were completed.

This bathroom remodel was completed in four weeks.
