Mountain Two-Story Deck

This homeowner wanted to replace his current deck, which was struggling from rot and sun damage and was not up to code for the region’s snow load. So, we removed the second-floor walk-out deck, and plans for a similarly designed deck were drawn to provide the same beautiful views of the lake and meet code. The new deck is a gray composite decking with black hog panel railing and is slightly larger in size than their previous deck at 320 square feet.

The deck building took 3 weeks.
