This is our 6-step home remodeling process ...
Step One
Consultation Meeting
The first step in our process is to meet with you at your home and have a conversation. We will walk through your remodeling area, listen to your goals and investment range, and provide guidance about the scope of work and our estimations. At the end of the consultation, we discuss whether a Proposal Report would be fitting.
Step Two
Proposal Reports
We are a design-build home remodeler, and our Proposal Reports are calculated with detailed accuracy. We provide plans, renderings, information about the materials, trade estimations for mechanicals, codes for permits and inspections, and include a project report for the scope of work.
Once finished, we will review the Proposal with you and note any refinements that you might have before approving and moving forward.
Step Three
Materials & Finishes
In this step, we discuss your design preferences and the aesthetic you want for your space. We review samples and create a design board so you can see your space coming together.

Step Four
Technical Prep
Depending on the scope of your remodel and your home's age, a few elements will need to be prepped before beginning your project. If necessary, asbestos testing and remediation, lead paint testing and remediation, and marking utilities will be completed during this time.
Step Five
Remodeling
Nathan is a licensed contractor who will work and oversee your home remodel from beginning to end. He ensures the mechanical trades have what they need to complete their portion and manages the permitting and inspections. Nathan will speak with you daily about what has been accomplished and what will come next in your process. He also maintains and manages a tidy work environment with the necessities your remodel requires.
Step Six
Final Walk-Through
Congratulations on your newly finished home! Nathan will walk you through your rooms and review the work that has been completed. We want to ensure your standards are met and that the features and warranties are understood.
After thirty days, we like to check in about how your home is working for you and schedule any adjustments if necessary. We continue to check in throughout the year and beyond.
