Our kitchen.
2. Why did you select Dovetail Contracting LLC for your remodeling?
We were very impressed with how well prepared Nathan was for our initial consultation. He had researched the property and area and knew what permits would be needed. We also appreciated that they would not start the project until every material was delivered, every permit approved and subcontractors were lined up.
3. How well did Dovetail Contracting LLC meet your needs and expectations?
Dovetail did an excellent job meeting our needs and expectations. This was our first major remodel and they were very accommodating and made us feel comfortable through the whole process.
4. How well did Dovetail Contracting LLC stay within your original budget and timeline? If not, how were budgetary/timeline issues resolved?
We did not have any budget issues. If there were changes, they were sure to communicate them right away and provide updated estimates. They ended up coming in under budget - so that was great! We did experience a delay in our timeline because Nathan was injured in a work accident. They were very upfront about his estimated return to work and stayed in contact with us to provide updates on his recovery and new timeline. This was an unexpected incident and we do not fault them at all. Once the project started, it went very smoothly.
5. Would you hire Dovetail Contracting LLC again? Why or why not?
Absolutely! We were impressed from the start with their regular communication and customer service. The work product and work ethic were outstanding throughout the project.
