Coastal Bathroom Addition | Spokane Valley, WA
This bathroom addition was for some fantastic homeowners who had a charming two-story home with a wrap-around porch and wanted to create a second bathroom upstairs. The second floor of the home, initially an open loft area, was transformed into a stunning and functional bathroom. This innovative use of space added value to the home and demonstrated the potential of every corner of a house. However, this affected the foyer, as you could view the loft from the front door. So, the foyer was reframed and enclosed, given a fresh, level-five smooth drywall finish, and then painted.  Back upstairs, the homeowners chose a beautiful coastal palette of blues, greens, grays, and white for the bathroom. As you walk into the room, the toilet is first on the left, and a dividing wall gives it some privacy. A custom glass-surround shower with marble-look wet walls and satin nickel fixtures is tucked around the corner on the right. Opposite the shower, a linen closet and a built-in soaking tub with a coastal tile backsplash are nestled under a window. A beautiful, established tree enhances the view by providing privacy without blocking the homeowner’s property’s views.  Moving counterclockwise from the tub, a custom-fit, furniture-style vanity with feet, a toe kick, double sinks, a cultured stone countertop, satin nickel hardware, and a large frameless mirror is tucked nicely into place. The room is well-lit with recessed lighting, brightening the coastal blue walls and sand-colored LVP flooring. Chefs kiss! I love a coastal bathroom! This bathroom remodel took eight weeks. *Click the photos to expand*

Main Bathroom Remodel | Spokane Valley, WA
This bathroom was brought down to the framing studs and floor joists due to a lot of water damage. We had researched the permit history of the home prior to beginning the bathroom remodel and found that though the previous owner had pulled no permits, they had attempted renovations in the room; some attempts were illegal, and all were very unsafe. Our electrician and plumber brought the room up to code, and new drywall was hung and finished to a level-five smoothness. Then we installed a new tub, tile surround, large format tile flooring, elongated toilet, furniture-styled double vanity with his and hers recessed medicine cabinets, new champagne bronze fixtures, new solid core doors and trim, and an updated exhaust fan. This bathroom remodel took eight days. *Click the photos to expand*

The Master bath was a complete renovation. The room was brought down to drywall and subfloor, with the removal of a shared closet wall to enlarge the shower. The closet was then converted into a laundry space with added plumbing and electrical. A privacy wall was built between the toilet and freestanding tub, with small plumbing and electrical work completed throughout the bathroom. The walls and ceiling were then finished and painted. Then the room was put together by first installing the new custom furniture style vanity and the cabinetry in the laundry space. Next, the waterproof LVT flooring was installed throughout the room, followed by the shower with a fiberglass pan, marbled wet walls, a rain head, a separate handheld wand, and a large glass pivot door. New trim was installed, along with custom stone countertops, new sinks and faucets, the freestanding soaking tub, toilet, washer and dryer, linen cabinet, frosted bypass laundry doors, mirrors, lighting, whisper quiet exhaust fan, and finally, the vanity backsplash. Basement Bathroom Addition | Spokane Valley, WA
This bathroom was a new build in our client’s basement. They had a large multi-purpose space that they wanted to divide into a bathroom and a laundry/mechanical room. First, some lead paint was remediated, then the concrete was cut out to trench new plumbing. Concrete was poured after the plumbing was finished, followed by framing the walls. Next, the electrical and lighting was completed, followed by upgrading and adding new plumbing. The walls were insulated, and HVAC work was completed before the drywall was finished to a level-five smoothness and painted. Next, the LVP flooring was installed, followed by the furniture-styled vanity with countertop and sink, the faucet, toilet, freestanding tub, matte black fixtures, shower hoop, linen closet shelving, doors, and trim work. Lastly, the finishing touches of hanging the mirrors and towel bars were completed. This bathroom remodel was completed in four weeks. *Click the photos to expand*

Main Bathroom Repair | Coeur d'Alene, ID
This homeowner had just undergone a painful renovation experience with this bathroom and was looking to have the work redone. The previous company had created a lot of movement in the floor, the penny tile floor had not been installed correctly and was damaged in many places, and they had ruined the tub reglazing in the tiling process. So, we brought the flooring down to the subfloor and stripped the many layers of glazing off the tub down to the original porcelain. We then used an epoxy glaze to make the tub look like new. Next, we installed the concrete backer board in a combed mortar bed and set in the new penny tile flooring with a tile base surround. We painted the ceiling and walls and re-installed the toilet to finish the project. This remediation took four days. *Click the photos to expand*

Condo Bathroom Restoration | Spokane Valley, WA
This bathroom remodel was a part of a larger condo remodel. The bathroom was not on our list to renovate, but when we discovered that the old tile surround had been leaking into the walls, the homeowner decided they wanted to make additional changes. We removed the original tub and leaky tile surround and replaced the tub with a sleek, fiberglass tub and matching surround with a large niche and semi-frameless sliding glass door. The flooring was replaced with the same waterproof LVP that was installed throughout the rest of the home. The walls were textured to match the rest of the home and painted. The original vanity and toilet were re-installed. The bathroom portion of the project took less than a week to complete. *Click the photos to expand*
