Noteworthy Communication
This is the number one area where clients comment.
From the moment you view our website to the closing date of your home remodel, we work diligently to correspond clearly and effectively. We want our website to answer the questions homeowners typically have before choosing a company. And after partnering with you, we want our communication process to be so thought through that we answer most of your questions before you ask them. We also communicate daily during the on-site work phase so that you know the progress and can make plans for days that have service interruptions.
Attention to Detail
We want our homeowners to feel confident when viewing their rooms up close. Enjoying the view from the doorway is great, but there is confidence when craftsmanship is excellent up close too.
Researched Proposal Reports
We can gauge if your plans and investment range match during your Consultation Meeting. So, we will not move forward with a Proposal Report unless we are on the same budget page. Therefore, we ask for your honesty about where your investment line is out of respect for the time we put into our planning. Our final invoice typically falls right in line with our initial estimations.

Our estimates are actually called Proposal Reports because of the detail involved. We analyze your home during your Consultation Meeting, where we discuss your plans, investment range, the history of the home, and more. We then research your home's history with your building department, gather the trade's estimations, talk with an engineer if necessary, find example materials within your price range, and then add in the labor involved to complete the scope of work.

Clean Work Environment
We value cleanliness, so you can expect your home to be treated with the utmost respect. From day one, proper protective materials are placed on the elements your remodeling requires. Doorways have a vertical dust barrier applied, and we begin running an air scrubber that purifies the air per the EPA standards. Trades are required to abide by our posted, on-site rules (e.g., no loud music, smoking must be limited to outside and 20 feet away from the house, etc.) And the remodeling areas are tidied up at the end of each day.
